The secret of losing weight is doing it the right way and then managing to stay focused on your goals. You should generally focus on eating lots of fruit, vegetables, dark bread, and oatmeal. You should only drink water or milk with low fat.

Exercise is another important factor when trying to lose weight. Not only does it burn fat, it overall makes you a more healthy and happy person. Try to walk or run 20 minutes every morning after you have eaten and you will instantly feel better during the rest of the day.

When trying to lose weight you should make sure that it is something that you REALLY are up for and are able to complete. Try to get your family and friends to support you. If you maintain lots of support it should be way easier for you to successfully lose weight. Also try to set a goal for each week, for example to run every morning etc. Good luck!
